Seeing the most significant achievement in Arsenal's history, there has long been a call for the club to honor the Frenchman.
And according to reports, Arsenal plans to build a statue outside the potential Emirates Stadium in 2023.
Arsenal have erected statues of Herbert Chapman, Tony Adams, Dennis Bergkamp and Thierry Henry around the stadium and are now planning to build another statue of Wenger.
Wenger oversaw Arsenal's move from Highbury to the Emirates Stadium, noting they were going through a period of debt that forced them to sell key players from year to year.
He won the club's last Premier League title in 2004, leading the Gunners through an unbeaten season. They later won the gold medal for this achievement and Wenger left Arsenal in 2018.
